Can’t believe it’s 2013 already! We’re still at it here in University Communications & External Relations, creating content, learning the ins and outs of the new content management system, and gearing up for some serious training and implementation.
Back in fall 2012, the Web Communications team size doubled in size….so now we’re a lean, mean team of two (!) with the addition of Lindsay O’Leary as our new Web Content Editor. Lindsay comes to Carlow from the Mattress Factory Museum and brings with her years of experience in digital and social media communications. She has jumped right in…..creating compelling, eye-catching content for the new site – 100s of pages down, 100s more to go. :) We are so happy to have her on the team!
As both Lindsay and I (Kristin Raup, Director of Web Communications) continue building out new pages, we’ll soon be ready to train folks within the Carlow community on how to manage their sections/areas. We’ll still help with the writing and layout when needed, and continually add new and exciting information keeping the Carlow web presence fresh and alive. We appreciate the community’s patience as we are moving forward this enormous and very important project!
